Seville Cathedral is a continuous house of worship. It opens its doors to worship every morning at 8:00 for the various masses that take place first thing in the morning; Royal Chapel at 8:30, Antigua Chapel Monday to Friday at 9:00 and the Divine Office and Choral Mass at 9:30.
The Royal Chapel remains open to worship through the Campanillas gate until 13:30 and reopens from 17:00 to 19:00 for prayer and midweek masses at 12:00 and 18:00, with expanded hour on Saturdays from 17:00 to 21:00 for Sunday masses and the sabbath in honor of the Virgen de los Reyes, as well as feasts and the celebration of Weddings and Baptisms.
There are chaplains available for confession from Monday to Saturday 11:00 to 13:00 in the Royal Chapter.
There is also an opportunity to receive the Sacrament of Pardon , which is given daily by the chaplains from 17:00 in the Chapter annexes located next to the Royal Chapel access through the Campanillas gate. Furthermore, the Penitentiary capitular offers confession each day during the first worship hours, from 9:00 to 10:30 in the confessional located next to the Chapel of Ntra. Señora de la Antigua.
With the opening of the Church of the Tabernacle, the opportunities for a space of prayer and confession have expanded since last December, with church building hours of 11:00 to 14:00 and 18:00 to 21:00.
