Next 16 March at 20:30 the traditional Eslava “Miserere” will be performed at Seville Cathedral as a prologue to Holy Week.
It will be performed by the Choir and Orchestra of the Seville Choral Society, as has become customary since 1959 under the direction of Jesús Becerra with tenor Arturo Garralón, baritone David Lagarres, countertenor Miguel Ángel Hernández, and the three boy trebles from Seville’s Escolanía Domus Carmina with Aurora Becerra and Leandro Crespo.
ACCESS: los Palos and San Miguel gates (Open from 19:30) Last entry at 20:15.
Tickets can be collected from the Cathedral reception between 11:00 and 16:00.
NOTE: Cultural visits to the Cathedral will be from 11:00 to 16:00 on those days and evacuation will be one half hour later.
