NEW INFORMATION ABOUT THE ACTIONS ON THE LILIES OF THE GIRALDA

Seeking the greatest possible safety, work continues to secure the lilies of the Giralda.

Emergency work is being carried out consisting of the provisional securing of the three sets covered by the aeolipiles, the jars, and the lilies of the Renaissance finish located in the southwest, northwest, and northeast corners of the Lilies Terrace.

These are provisional tasks until the work of lowering the three bronze sculptural groups can be carried out, which will begin as soon as the weather conditions give a sufficient break.
