Educational Visits Continue at the Cathedral: Last Weeks Available Until June 12th

The Chapter of Seville Cathedral wishes to remind that the program of Educational Visits for the 2025/2026 academic year is nearing its end. These activities, which began last October, will remain active and with available places until June 12th.

This initiative seeks to transform the historical and artistic heritage of the temple into a dynamic tool for evangelization and formation. The purpose is for students at various educational levels not only to contemplate the architecture but also to delve into the religious identity and the legacy of Faith preserved by the Cathedral.

Available Educational Itineraries

For this period, educational centers can choose from three thematic tours designed by specialists:

1. Seville Cathedral, 775 Years of Faith: A tour through the history of the temple that includes the experience of climbing the Giralda.
2. Bartolomé Esteban Murillo, Painter of Holiness: An analysis of the work of the Sevillian master and its spiritual message (also includes climbing the Giralda).
3. El Salvador, the Legacy of Faith: A specific itinerary developed in the Collegiate Church of El Salvador.

The visits are guided by specialized personnel from the Cathedral Chapter. The program is primarily aimed at centers within the Archdiocese of Seville, although schools from other regions wishing to understand the profound meaning of the temple are invited to participate.
