Projecting History
For centuries, the heart of the city has beat to the rhythm of the Giralda’s bells. Our
Cathedral, the third-largest Christian temple in the world, has evolved alongside the
city itself, as if they were one and the same.
The religiosity of Seville, so particular and identifiable, is marked by the evolution of this monument that reflects its different cultures, styles, traditions and that reflect what is lived with faith in Seville today.
With ¨Projecting History¨ we show how the changes that the Cathedral has undergone are a true reflection of how the city and its faith have evolved from the Reconquest to the present. All this we tell you through a visual journey from the past to the present.
