The Cathedral is once again hosting the Advent and Christmas Catechesis this week, an initiative that combines spiritual formation and artistic contemplation in a unique setting where attendees are invited to delve into the liturgical meaning of Advent and Christmas through an experience that unites word, art, and prayer.
Each session begins with a catechesis given by a member of the Chapter, aimed at offering spiritual keys to experience this liturgical season. Participants then take a guided tour of various works of art in the Cathedral that are symbolically and thematically related to Advent and Christmas, discovering their theological meaning and historical-artistic value.
The day concludes with a moment of communal prayer, which allows participants to integrate what they have learned and experienced during the meeting and prepare their spirit for the upcoming celebration of Christmas.
Those interested in attending can purchase their tickets through a donation of €2, the proceeds of which will be entirely allocated to Cáritas.
